    I had some trouble - kept getting 'sorry - your session has timed out' before I got to enter my pin.

    It was third attempt lucky for me.

  • No problems apart from being a bit slow for me when I tried about 15 mins ago - I thought it was my broadband that was causing the problem!
  • Its down for maintance or something, I can log in to my current account to get my balance, but can't get onto my statement.

    Same here - I did wonder whether it has anything to do with their "log in to your account and win £100" thing...:confused: - i.e. loads of people logging in at the same time and clogging up the system...

    Very slow logging in this morning. Then could not view statement for current account but was fine for savings.
  • I've been trying on and off since about 9am and still can't get to see anything but a summary of accounts.
  • Utter Useless !

    Part of me wishes I'd just stayed with Bank of Scotland. It was a whole lot easier that this A & L guff

  • Don't know if this will work for other peeps but I've managed to check my statement by specifying 'December' rather than just trying to open the account details generally. It won't let me transfer money between accounts though so it isn't much use really.
  • It won't let me log out now!!
