Natwest Silver new card?

Hi Everyone,
I was thinking of upgrading to the Natwest silver account as I think I would use quite a few of the benefits.
I was just wondering if you receive a new bank card if you upgrade your account?
I know you do with the Natwest black account but not sure if it changes with my current account, I'm currently using Current Plus account at the moment but interested in upgrading to Natwest Silver Step account.

Same card. Lloyds do different cards for different accounts - Gold, Platinum, Premier etc...0
