Used my printer last week it was fine ,I went to use it today and I keep getting this message
The holder is in the ink cartridge replacement position.
Close the printer's cover.
I do not know what that means?? I have taken ink cartridges out and put them in again and closed printer cover but still getting same message
can someone tell me in simple words what to do ,I am a bit thick as far as printers/computers are concerned:o
thankyou
