Poppycat wrote:Stompa do you mean if I use (think its 2xAA say 2500 mha each) that it wouldnt last as long as 1 C battery?
Yes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these adapters work by letting you use 1 AA battery in place of 1 C battery?
Now the bigger (physically) the battery the greater capacity it can have. For example a high capacity AA might be 2700mAh, but an equivalent C battery might be 4500mAh. So the AA won't last as long.Stompa0 -
7day shop charge at least £3-95 delivery.
DAK if Aldi have them all the time or are they a special offer now and again?0 -
saintscouple wrote:Fantastic - thanks very much. 5 x AA's @ 2500mah for aprox £2.69 delivered seems a teriffic deal.
Yes, you cannot go wrong with them. I ordered the same batteries from them and it also came with a free battery case. The order reached me in 5days. All for just US$5 which is just approximately £2.5. If you sign up for their newsletter, you get a free led keychain as well.
I dont think you can find batteries this cheap anywhere in the UK or online delivered for this price.0 -

Both Aldi and Lidl have them 3 or 4 times a year but you have to get there early as the popular sizes gp quickly.Don't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive0 -

It's not that way at all branches of Aldi - at ours they're normally available for a couple of weeks or so after they're first displayed.Stompa0 -
