Hi no problem, I forgot to add Red House Farm in Dunham/Altrincham check their website, lots to do including the Maize Maze!
Walton Park is on Walton Road in Sale, just a normal park but with a little ride on train!
And another fairly cheap thing to do is Strawberry Picking at Kenyon Hall Farm, they have a free tractor ride on hay bales up to the fields, also all other kinds of things to pick, my 3 year old squealed with delight at finding huge strawberries!
Just remembered Stockley Farm as well, loads to do, a good day out up near Pickmere! I'll no doubt remember some other things, HTH!0 -

We went the crocky trail just the other week and we had a brillaint time, my little lad loved it but im not sure tbh who enjoyed it more him or his dad!! We took a picnic and got ice creams from the shop, but id second taking old clothes with the weather how it is atm.
We also love digger land, alton towers and southport, its the air show this weekend on southport beach sat and sun, my son loves going to that. cheshire ice cream farm will be getting a visit from us aswell as apple jacks farm. Water world in stoke would fill another day, the vue cinemas have there kids mornings where you pay around £1.25 each, so look on the web for what they playing each day. hth:j cazian :j

I am a great fan of open spaces beaches and parks. And being in the North West (wirral too) we are spoilt from The Peaks, Lakes & Dales . The Moors ,Forests & Beaches a walk through Chapel in le Frith or Parkgate for a Ice Cream . Greenacres Farmpark needs a big shout too . A good day for a decent price (take a tent spend two days with "free" entrance to park:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

Just thought you'd like to know that Blackpool airshow is this weekend 6th and 7th on the central prom... could be a cheap day out for people with kids. also you can use your two for one vouchers from the sun to fill the day.. at blackpool tower, and a few other places0
