    Kaz I've already sent the pack back, (with all the statements etc) and now they are asking for the first payment. Good luck with your dmp, be ready for things to move really quickly as soon as you send the info they need back to them lol ;)
  • Bummer but think at least you're on the right track now. One more payment towards being debt free...big hugs for a fresh start!

    finally got through :D I've actually got until the 10th to pay, which is no problem at all, they just say the first because it gives people a bit of leeway and that's the date they take direct debits out of accounts.

    what a relief :D, I feel great now, my sister and her kids are coming to visit me today to stop till new year so I can look forward to that now without this worry hanging over me. I know it's only a little thing but when I opened the letter this morning I panicked everything has gone so well and it's been so easy to sort out I was just waiting for it all to go wrong and though this was it LOL

    Lol - first thing I did when I got back from the shops was check this one and reply - but MSE went down as I posted it:rolleyes: .
