Has anyone painted plastic coated grab rails?

I want to paint some grab rails as they are discoloured and chipped but they are plastic coated, can anyone suggest a paint for this please? They are for outside my door both sides.
These are angled ones and I did buy some new angled ones but they have turned up and are not quite the same, the angle is different and I can't keep ordering from different sites because they may not be the same as the ones I have again. So it seems the only thing to do is paint the ones I have but I don't want to make them slippery to grab
I was going to put it on the DIY thread but thought maybe someone else might have tried and tested something for this here

Not sure how much you were planning to pay but I guess this is cheaper than new rails, I found this at screwfix, think B&Q and wilkinson sell it aswell if you would rather have an instore purchase. I can not advise if the product is any good though.

ScrewFix have two dirt cheap versions of rails 300mm here and 450mm here
You could put nice new ones up for cheap money, I bought 3 of each last week and consider the price dirt cheap.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Its not the money, I would prefer brand new ones myself and I've already got 2 brand new ones that were delivered today, it's that they are not the same angle/offset as the ones I already have.
I ordered offset ones that looked the same online and were the same length as mine but when they were delivered the angle is about 1 inch difference (they are straighter than the ones I have) which will make a difference to me.
I have searched tons of sites to see if there are any likely to be like mine but they all seem to have the same picture so I could end up with 100 grab rails that are not the same. They only give the measurements for the distance from the wall not the angle so its very hard to tellThanx

you can get aerosol cans of paint that are designed for spray painting plastic and they should be available in hardware stores or homebase, b&q, or wickes, i used to some to spray paint a plastic garden table that had got stained by the weather,
hope this is of help.0
