Help please!
I'm DAB/MP3/IPOD ignorant, and therefore really would welcome advice from the Board please as to a good system to buy.
A bit of background, we are baby boomers recently (early) retired, and my husband loves music, whereas I prefer radio 4. What I would like is a system where we can download from the internet - we have broadband - that also incorporates a good radio. In addition, a set of wireless headphones would, I hope, mean he could listen to music whilst on his running machine in the mornings.
Maximum amount to spend is £250, hopefully could get something for a lot less than that in the sales, but would like it to be a little "future proof".
Can someone also enlighten me on the difference between MP3 and IPOD, and exactly what I will need?

Something like this - Radio 4 is also streamed over the internet. Or you can blow the budget on this system - it has everything!
MP3 is a format for storing encoded music/speech which trades off audio quality for size of the file. An Apple iPod is one of the (many) devices which can store MP3 files and play back to the music/speech.0
