Non Paying Bidder/Relist/Credit

I have had to file 2 NPB's and the dispute console says I am now eligible for credit. I know I'm probably being very dense but
1.Do E-bay just credit your account automatically after so many days or do you have to 'tap some keys' to make this happen

2. How do you relist the item 'cos the relist icon on my Items I've Sold page is grey and non-responsive?

3.Is it obvious that I'm a complete muppet when it comes to E-bay?

Many thanks! DOH!!

On the dispute console click on view dispute then click on close dispute. You will then be given a choice of 3 options (I think). One of them will credit you with your fees. Then you will be offered the choice of relisting the item.

Or you can relist the item from your my ebay page. At the Items ive sold section under the heading ACTION it will say View payment status or leave feedback. Next to these words is a small arrow in a box. Click on this and it will display all the actions you can perform. Click on relist to relist!!

Ebay can be quite complicated - especially when it involves them having to pay you money back.

    Hope this helps.
