thanks for the replies, it is a real relief and it still hasnt really sunk in that i am finally out of it, although i have to make another 59 payments all that stress is finally going. I thought i would feel happier about things but it is all still quite tough, of course i dont have the money to do whatever i want, but things are finally getting better slowly. i know it is a long process and it has taken me 6 months to get to where i am now, and the time really does fly by, just have to try and move on with life now :), thanks again

Dan, you will go through the whole range of thoughts and emotions over the next few weeks, but it will settle down and you might even find you start to enjoy budgetting. It is great to know that whatever you buy now is paid for and no bill will arrive in a while to bite you on the behind.
  • what great news, both on the IVA & beating the gambling addiction ! give your self a pat on the back!

    look after yourself:)
  • Congrats stick with it .Things can sometimes be a struggle but stick to it and it will be worth it in the end.. good luck.
