i have sold a collectable bear that has a mispelling in for £2.20. not missold it on purpose either
its arrived at the buyer they say its wrong bear so i checked the two other bears i have here and its not here it was the one i sent them .
i emailed to say i send out the correct one, found it was not here and gone to them, emailed asking if they read the tag right apparently she says she had so she wrote
"hi, the 1 you sent me has the spelling millennium which is the correct spelling. i dont know whats happened, but lets just leave it i will just let my children have it as i already had this 1 in my collection with the correct spelling.
i hope you have a good christmas and new year
many thanks"

I don't understand why she would leave neg feedback if you sent the right item and she only paid £2.20 for it

If one of the bears has a misspelling then it will be worth a lot more I presume.
With regard to the feedback problem, you can send a copy of the note she sent you saying that it was OK and I think that they will remove the feedback rating (but leave the message).24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)
7.10.14 11 st 9 lb
26.02.15 12 st 5 1/2 lb
27.05.15 11 st 5.6 lb
4.8.17 11 st 1lb

You're stuck with the feedback. It's a shame the follow-up is equally aggressive, and in CAPS.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
