Been thinking about using this firm for driving lessons after finding their help over the phone and web really good along with competitive prices
However a friends just remarked that they aren't very good - poor quality instructors and lesson times being used as pick ups so am now unsure!
Has anyone had dealings with them?

I learnt to drive with Peppers in Newton Abbot.
Must say my instructer was brillent and very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. The office staff were all lovely, extremely helpful and always there with words of encoragement. My instructer never used my lesson times as pick ups. We started our lesson on time and if we finished early that time got added to a future lesson. More times than not we ran over and i was never charged extra for that time.
I passed my test first time with no problems:j. You just have to find the right instructer who works for you.0 -
