No, you've just found a way not to do it:rotfl:

  • Going to chip shop. Cannot be faffed with doing anything, and Minion is trying everything she owns on rather than packing her s*dding case to go to her father's tomorrow.

She has to inform him that she has a physio appointment in a fortnight. The woman phoned today and said that as it's an urgent referral, is it OK to wait 2 weeks rather than one, because the senior staff member responsible for the serious cases is on holiday next week :(. Slightly different than the usual 8 months' wait they offer. He is going to go ballistic at her for daring to be imperfect - and more to the point, for daring to be in pain.

But, on the upside, my bass tutor is bugging me to look at joining a band, as he thinks that it's time.

I have also completed my enrolment upon next October's OU new level 2 music course. It involves composition. It seemed a good time for me.

It tends to get in the way of things. :(

This week I have hoovered LR, dogs bed and shaken out rug
Decluttered LR floor & a hotspot (which is hotting up already)
    Cleared and wiped kitchen surfaces
    30 mins in RoD

Looking forward to weekend, where I will make the family work together for the first time. Think I'll print of Pigpen's list and get them to check off what they've done.

i didnt even get the kids bedding out the dryer! so i had to borrow a single fitted sheet off my mum and there wasnt time to get the boys bedding dry even in the TD! (ive 4 sets of bedding but DS2 had an accident so the bottom sheet had to be changed leaving only 1 spare argh!)

Washing in off line - and put in TD :( Dinner cooked & eaten.
DD1 is out clubbing tonight, and wants 2 friends to come back after, and wait for the 1st train  I have told her that mustn't wake me up, and if they make a mess they/she must clear it up. She is taking advantage 'cos DH isn't here, I think. She wouldn't even ask if he was!
I need to put on DW, put on some washing & then chill out while the house is quiet :)
Ok - need to get my @r$e in gear!

Jojo I am sure you know about the changes to OU fees, but you do know about linking courses to a degree to keep your module costs at the present level?

oo you are funny! Your summer break equates to what i get off in a year!

Naff all done today apart from dailies, and the paid thing of course.

I'm just sat at the computer adding random photos AND last years holiday fotos to FB. Might go mad and add this years whilst I'm at it!
