    Evening!

    LW Have some spoons!
    JulieJim - Thinking of you.
Froddy - Deep breath.... Nearly there.....

DS2 has had his plaster removed. His leg is now skinnier than DS3's and he's 6 years younger. Lots of physio to be done to build up his muscles. The hospital drove me to distraction this morning why do they tell you to get there half an hour early to have your plaster taken off only to then keep you waiting until and hour and a half after your original appointment time:mad:

DH is still away :(. The boys are being challenging and I miss him.

Flying has taken rather a backseat:o. One load of washing done but can't put it on the airer as the load from overnight is still wet. Everything is getting on top of me!

Mumto5 that annoys me too, bless him there is always such a noticeable difference after a break but I'm sure he'll be sorted in no time ((jugs of hugs))

Well I now know how skint we are, doesn't help much but after a few weeks not knowing and being tempted to spend it grounds me a bit. Got all but Jacamo bill paid, must phone them tomorrow as I can't find the bill. Worked out the holiday I do need to pay for and my expenses this month will cover the site fees for that which is good.

Today's list done including 2 frogs I thought of on the go

Absolutely shattered and struggling to stay awake but got to make dinner when DP gets in (volunteering at youth centre until 9.30) So I think I might plod on a bit more in the kitchen and pack some more holiday bits as that lifts my spirits up. Only 3 nights away the first week but it's free and I'm so looking forward to it!
One day I might be more organised...........

    3. Polish any mirrors and pictures and glassware Not needed at this time (dusted over, though)
    4. replace any dead lightbulbs in the house.. and test those smoke alarms!! No dead light bulbs; smoke alarm checked and OK
I also turned a big bag of greengages into jam.:)

Mr LW's pal "A" is stuck on the train - apparently, there's a dead train on the line, which they have to circumvent. He thinks he'll be here about 21:00; he's been told he can have cheese on toast (HM bread) and some cake as well as the standard "A"-food when he gets here, if he wishes. We can bolster the cheese toastie with tomato, pickle and Quorn slices if need be, too.

Wendywitch I don't envy your girls, but video has to be better than having to do it "live" in court. My very best wishes to you and them, for what must be a very unpleasant time. (((HUGS)))

ETA: "A" has just arrived; Mr LW is sorting him out some sustenance, which looks like including cider.:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Good evening.
The lists have bearly been touched today :(
I have given the dog a run, done 3 loads of washing & dried on the line (it has been a glorious day today! :D) and done the food shop. By the time i had done that it was time to pick the boys up from school. They were lively - as usual.
i managed to wash down some of the woodwork in the LR, and the LR door. It is on my Toots list to paint it again. I don't understand why only half of one side of the door was ever painted!! the painted bits are easier to clean aswell :o
I also managed to take a large Ikea blue bag full + another carrier bag full of carp to the CS :j (a frog!)
It was an open evening and BBQ at the primary school, so I got down there at 5 with one of the boys (other already picked up) so I could look at his work & hand him over to Mum at 5.30. I ended up staying until nearly 7  (it finished at 7). DS had met up with a few mates and wanted to stay a while. They all left there 2 years ago, and go to differnt senior schools. By the time I had tea and watched Holby, it wasn't worth doing anything :o
I have put out 2 more bags of recycling, taken DD1 to town to meet a friend, made a cup of tea & gone to bed!!! I need to set the alarm for tomorrow as it's bin day.

ETA watching the news in bed. Is anyone else getting really bored of hearing about phone hacking?! :o
