Just a quick post, as I'm up to my ears today.
Hoppy Birdday Dancedad.:D
Misstam honey, don't fret too much about flying while your DS is in the hossy - just do what you can manage without knocking yourself into Wednesday week. I'm sure the mums on here will tell you he needs you more than the flying does.;)
Washing Hokey Cokey been done - Mr LW helpfully hung it all out on the line before he went to work - and once he'd gone, it started raining!:( Oh well, he tried.....:o
Got a rather spoon-intensive Frog to do today, so off to get started.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

seriously annoyed, 3 trips to pets at home so far as Jinks broke the cat flap by launching himself through it at another cat.
1. measuerd and bought as right size, got home wont fit due to the door having a lip that i cant cut anymore.
2. returned and got another cat flap without the extra bits and it still doesnt fit due to door lip, again the right size.
3. returned and got my money back and now have to a new one online.0 -
Gidday:D
Have decluttered 4 32 litre boxes of stuff at the Vintage fair, 4 bags to a charity shop and a bag to textile recycling, so I'm getting there. There are empty boxes and space in the cupboard at last.
Couldn't get anywhere near a computer for most of Sunday and it's amazing how twitchy I got: couldn't watch telly either as speakers disconnected which really didn't help. But instead:
I found the bedroom floor:j
Dysoned the entire flat (when I was allowed to make a noise):j
Did all the washing up by hand and put most of it away:j
And made some space in the freezer by cooking some of the contents oh, okay, reheated some of it:D
Now, let's try and keep it that way;)
Spare spoons, sticks, comfy chairs and nice cups of tea are all over there and good health wishes to all, including the furries.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Afternoon, ladies!
Well, splat is being positively angelic about things, but has started to scowl at me everytime he spots me with something that could conceivably be used to wipe his head. This was quite concerning when I was actually putting my undies in the CoD. He is looking better now, though, even with a big leaky head.
Skinny splat is trying a new diet - kind of a cat equivalent of the grapefruit diets where it is supposed to take more calories to eat the food than the food itself contains. I call it the Cabbage White Diet.
Decluttered a lovely first crop of haricots from the jungle. So I'm thinking of Tuna Nicoise this evening. Although I would have to return to the jungle and rummage about for some potatoes. Which isn't a bad thing, really
WM on with bedlinen.
DW all ready for after dinner is done later (Minion actually unloaded it for me last night )
Mind you, was watching a film last night and thought that some of you might appreciate the unique aesthetics of the cinematography. The film was Banlieue 13.
