Unsure about buyer

Hi i am very new to ebay and i sold my sons ipod touch yesterday. The guy that bought it paid through paypal straight away and never made any enquiries about the ipod. I am a bit concerned because he his email address ends with abv.bg and when you google this bulgaria comes up.
Does this mean he really lives in bulgaria? his address on paypal says London but i know scammers have so many tricks.

If they've paid, ship it to the Paypal address.

Scam buyers very rarely actually pay, but if they do pay people can get you for non-performance and you risk neg feedback if you don't send. Even if you are worried about the risk of complications with the sale, it's your responsibility now to send the item. Send the item special delivery to the London address. You can't block new eBayers; the only way of blocking foreigners is to set your preferences to exclude them (i.e. to block bidders in countries you don't ship to and not upload anything other than a domestic postage rate), and you have to sell to the high bidder, you can't pick and choose from among interested parties.

Very few people would bother making enquiries first if you put enough detail on the listing. Ideally, actually, the listing should be enough to sell the item without them having to contact you first. Since you are new to the site, the way it works is different to a small ad - buyers don't "enquire", they bid/buy and pay. It's the non-payers and the scammers who try and fake payment emails (not knowing, of course, that there are plenty of ways in which a seller can make sure they've been paid without having to rely on emails) that you have to watch out for.

Make sure that on paypal it says, ok to post the item & the address to send it to. If it sold for over £46 send in special delivery & keep the receipt. In case of a chargeback I believe you have to prove delivery to the paypal address.

I would imagine they are resident in the UK but kept their Bulgarian address. In reverse, when I lived in Poland, I still used a UK-based hotmail account.

This is the important bit and Hermum is correct in that you need to make sure that when you log safely into paypal and check the payment it says 'OK to send'.

Also if it was over £46 then special delivery only
