Lloyds tab credit card ppi success

Hi

After 3 years with the FOS Lloyds have agreed to settle. Has anyone recently received settlement from them. Are they still refunding by cheque or paying into bank acc even if outstanding balance on card. My husband had outstanding balance and received credit into bank account. Any advice appreciated x

Well done on your success, Congratulations!:beer:
They may pay towards the credit card, especially if any missed payments, anything remaining plus interest is normally awarded to you by in my experience a cheque when it came to the credit card, unless you bank with them where they may refund to your bank account, if you contact them they will confirm how this is being done and you can email them on the email below, good luck.
