I don't know about the tax I'm afraid, but you've got yourself an investment with 8 years secure income producing a net initial yield of 10.7%, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Just in case you go off Googling and get your hopes up - you can avoid stamp duty on commercial property investments, but involves setting up an offshore company with the property as the only asset and buying the company rather than the property. However, the management costs of such a transaction are more than you've paid for the whole property, so it only really applies to multi-million pound investments.
