Hi Guys. Can anyone give a rough example of how much it would cost to tile, put in shower, new toilet, basin, bath and flooring. Size of room is 6ft 6 x 6ft 3. In Tyne & wear. Many thanks

You need to budget about £2-2.5K for work and materials.0

It is hard to say, as it depends on what fittings and materials you prefer. The difference between the cost of top of range and bottom of range can be staggering.
Also, is the new shower electric? This can ramp up your costs if a new cable has to be installed.Nothing is foolproof, as fools are so ingenious! 0 0
