Fjord cruise and Northern Lights ?

Hi
We are looking to find a Norwegian cruise that will incorporate both a trip into the fjords with a trip to see the Northern Lights.
Cannot seem to find a cruise that does both.
Can anyone help, please ?

have a look at Hurtigruten for more traditional norwegien fjord cruising, and i'm certain they still incorporate the Northern Lights elemnts into the cruises in the winter months.

The problem that you will have is that the Northern Lights cruises are in Feb/Mar and the Fjords are in May - Sept.
You want it dark to see the Northern Lights and light to see the fjords - two totally incompatible requirements.
Also, the ports of call deep into the fjords shut down for the winter - there are no tourist facilities or excursions operating.

Hurtigruten operate scheduled ferries which carry "cruise" passengers as a sideline. Some of their stops at ports of call can last just 10 minutes, they often just stop and joining/leaving passengers are brought out by small boat. A 6 day trip makes 32 calls, many of them in the middle of the night !

We have done 2 fjord cruises (Jun/Jul) and are doing a Nothern Lights one next Feb. I would strongly suggest you do it this way to avoid both the Northern Lights and the fjords being a disappointment.
