Is it possible to with-hold a number whilst sending a text message. Thanks in anticipation.

I use https://www.cbfsms.com from the computer,and if you go VIP,a text cost 5p,even international text.And you can send it anonymous,it comes up on the other persons mobile as 00000

I've tried by accident with t-mobile, they just send a text back saying that it's not allowed.0
