My two sons both got ipod Nanos for xmas. They share a user name on our family PC, will this cause them any problems with itunes? Could they share itunes or would it be better to have their own?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

I'm by no means an expert but I think you will find it will be better if they have their own screen names so they can have different songs on their Ipods.i tHink, therEfore I'vE goT a BLOODY heAdAche0

There shouldn't be any problem
You can create a playlist for each Ipod to sync to.
If you instead want to go down the seperate libraries route, you don't need to create a new Windows user account - you can create two different Itunes libraries on the same Windows account:
Close Itunes completely
Hold down shift when clicking the Itunes icon (keep shift held down) till you are given the option of choosing/creating a new library:

I should start a new thread but hopefully the OPs question has been answered.
My daughter has got a new laptop and I would like to know the best way of transferring her itunes library from the old to the new laptop.

This is what I did, and it worked (probably best that you have backed up original songs or have access to old PC/laptop)
I found it best to drag the folders into Itunes folder.1. Connect the iPod to your PC. If iTunes starts syncing (ie erasing) your music automatically, hit the X in the upper right hand corner of iTunes display, to the left of the search box, to stop it.
2. In Control Panel, Portable Media Devices, double-click your iPod.
3. In the Tools menu -> Options, in the View Tab, check "Show hidden files and folders."
4. Navigate to the Music folder. On my 2nd gen 'pod, the full path is
Portable Media Devices\GINA'S IPOD (F:)\iPod_Control\Music
5. Select all the music folders, and drag and drop them into a folder on your hard drive, or directly into iTunes.i tHink, therEfore I'vE goT a BLOODY heAdAche0
