big praise for pets at home

visited pets at home at bishopbriggs retail park for my usual two boxes of purely tuna cat food, 12 pouches per box and currently on offer at 2 boxes for nine pounds, the promo signs were there and i just picked the two boxes up and went to the counter along with another item for cat
thought id done my maths wrong when they were rung up at 4.99 each and paid, left the shop and then checked my receipt
turned round, went back in to check price again, i dint think about the date and went over to the same sales assistant who had served me and told her about the price difference and how it was still in the date of the promo 21.6.11
except its not is it ?
were in july now and i admitted my error and lack of time/ date awareness and she commented on how this had happened alot recently
even though i was in the wrong about the promo and they had omitted to remove the promo labels, the sales assistant still gave me the discount, bless her
thanks pets at home, not much of a saving but every little helps and i was incorrect but thanks all the same

I think you were just lucky in this instance that you had an easy going sales lady who went by her own judgement instead of what the shop would have wanted her to do.
I wish I had the same to say about my local PAH, and the head office. Sadly in my experience I've found them a nasty bunch to deal with when you have a valid complaint.0 -
more big praise for pets at home
just popped in to buy some more purely tuna boxes, not on offer this week but the purely chicken biscuit bags are, two 2kg bags for ten pounds, which in itself is really good because
purina chicken biscuits 3kg can be found in various supermarket ranging from ten pounds up to sixteen !
so your getting an extra 1kg for your money and better quality too
and if you go in at the end of the day you get even better, because there is either another offer on top of the purely one or he omitted to scan one of the bags and i got two 2 kg bags for 6.99, wow !
thanks pets at home0
