I finally had another e-mail from Customer Care confirming my order was definitely cancelled - although I STILL haven't had the refund to my credit card.

Was my first, and definitely my last order with them, absolutely appalling service compared to other on-line nurseries I have used this year (which was my first year of buying on-line).

They took my money on the 19th july still not got a refund,then today i get a letter saying no stock available so wont be getting them now.What a load of idiots i want my money back with interest lol

Mine arrived on Saturday and one of the plants already has white flowers on it. Does it mean it will fruit this year?
