    I got the email above too, but check your account as I have had the money taken out yesterday so have emailed them!

    Was going to anyway. Accusing me of "abusing the situation" - which was their own silly mistake!
    And I'm annoyed that they told me to re-order & gave me another £5 code, but the item I ordered has gone up by £3, that's not exactly re-ordering & just paying the p&p now, is it?!
    Won't be bothering with this lot again.

    Indeed. I guess they have to recoup the costs of the ones that slipped through somehow ;)

    Do you happen to have an e-mail address for them, couldn't find one on the website and I refuse to use webforms as I won't have a copy for my records :mad:
  • They've taken the money from my account as well - the cheek! I only order the set of three blueberry bushes that has now disappeared from the website. (or gone up in price).

    I called them this evening and was told that the e-mail was sent out in error and that I would receive my order.
  • I had an email saying my order will be sent out in August - so looks like they are honouring some orders :D

    Same here, going to hang on and see if they refund the money back into my account first before contacting them . If they don't then i'll assume they are going to honour the order.
