leccy meter running backwards

when i had solar pv fitted in april my leccy meter has been going backwards.
when i recieved my fit form is asked does your meter run backwards. yes or no ?

so i put yes

i have not herd anything more abought it so i sent my energy supplier an E-Mail telling them all abought it.

i have just recieved a reply from them.

and it says:

good news mr XXXX we have looked in to your account and we do not see the need to chang the meter
we can tell you that your meter is not running backwards.

but it is what should i do? keep the Email that they sent me and just leave it at that.

since i have told them twice now, can they give me an estimated bill when they find out that i was right and they was wrong ?

the problem is when next time they take a meter reading lets say last reading was 77777 and the new reading will be 77000
the billing computer will think it has gone round the clock
and send me a bill for abought £10000.00

also i dont want something like this to happen :

say my last bill was £250 and they say we will estimate your usage as £250 less £50 from the solar so pay us £200.
when infact i use nearly all the leccy from the panels and little from them.

it has produced 1366 KW in 10 weeks

But it will only run backwards during daylight hours, and when your consumption is low.
How many panels and what capacity is your system? That's an enormous generation figure for only 10 weeks. I have 6 panels and produce less than that in a year.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

hi ive got 16 sharp 245w panels 3.92kw system

it start to produce from 5AM to 9.15 PM

    yesterday it produced 28.6KW

ive been trying to keep the leccy reading just above the last reading
but i cannot make it happen.
i put on electric fire and leave doors and windows open
    and other things on.

but ever time a look at the meter its still gone back.
its now gone back over 200KW from last reading
