I recieved a letter from Newham council in June 2010 concerning an unpaid parking ticket that I never received on 14/03/10, I wrote to Newham council contesting the pcn and asked for photographic evidence. Newham council completely ignored my letters and just sent bills for higher amounts. Eventually the case went to court and I wrote to the court and explained that I had written to Newham several times but had been ignored. Northampton County Court took no further action on this matter but I receieved another demand for money from Newham for the same PCN. Again I wrote to Newham asking for photogaphic evidence but was again ignored. Newham council wrote with an Order of Recovery on 16/03/11 and told me that the case was going back to court and advised me to fill in a TE9 which I did and emailed it direct to Northampton County Court, I have had no further corresponce from Newham or Northampton CC but yesteday received a hand posted letter from the Lewlyn balliffs demanding £360.

yes go immediately to www.pepipoo.com parking forum for advice on this , they will probably advice to go to bailiff advise online for helpExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
