Signed up for this yesterday. Made one international call of 45 minutes last night. Got a voice text from BT this morning to say I am near the limit of calls!!!!
Tried to call BT but only got India. They seem incapable of doing anything or telling me anything. After having to give every single detail of my account address maiden name etc. to three people I am finally told yes I am on the international package.
What they don't understand or explain is why I am being told that I am nearing the end of my calls.
Do I continue to use the package as I should and when I get the bill agrue then. My experience of this with the BT £130 repair scam is that to try and claim back the money is a bigger nightmare.
When are BT going to realise that they are hacking off more and more customers but not having staff that can actually answer problems?
Anyone else had this problem?
