trying to cut supermarket spending

best advice i ever got was to eat a chocolate bar just before you enter the supermarket, that will save you some money!

And probably in the long run since it would save you buying the delicious sweet stuff, it's even weight loss friendly!

yes and if you are like my wife when she goes in for just a chocolate bar into the newsagents she also buys the local paper even though the new copy comes out tomorrow,at least 2 womens magazines,more chocolate and probably the radio times as well
