Alton Towers 2 for 1 and Towers2 ticket?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I've searched and can't find an answer.
Do AT still do the next day Towers2 tickets? If they do, can we use our 2 for 1 vouchers for park access the first day and still buy the cheaper next day tickets? Or will we not be allowed as we've used a voucher.
Just wondering if anyone has experience of this and can advise.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT 3/8: I'm just updating this incase anyone searching for this same answer comes across this thread. We used 2 for 1 coupons at the ticket desk and the sales assistant actually said to us that if we wanted to come back the next day we could take our ticket stubs to guest services and get the towers2 tickets (I believe it was £10.20 adult). She said it didn't matter that we'd used coupons. Just incase anyone was wondering!

Hi Roxy
You buy the towers2 tickets from customer services inside the park and they don't check what kind of ticket you use as you are already in-they never used to as we have got in originally with free tickets and still been able to get towers2 tickets.
Can't say if they do towers2 this season as we haven't been-but would be very surprised if they don't!
We have found that to save having to get towers2 and pay for another days parking, food etc, it may work better to get fasttract tickets then you get to do everything you want on one day-of course it depends how many of you are going as (with everything at Towers) it isn't cheap :eek:Thanks to all posters for your never ending help and support:beer:0 -
Thanks dazedandconfused, I will definitely look into the fastrack and see if it works out cheaper than a second days budget for food etc. Cheers for the advice!0
