I'm thinking of buying a new tv in the new year.
The last tv I bought took 10 mins to warm up and over 8 minutes for the white dot to disappear after turning it off, so I know next to nothing about them.
There seems to be plenty of 32" LCD tvs around at a decent price - I'd be looking to pay about £500.
What I would like to know is what sort of things should I be looking for in the specifications, and whether paying extra for a branded name is a wise move.
Thanks in advance.
