Am now a follower - can't wait to see more of your creations!!
Wonder if you will be posting about your OH's midlife crisis with his shed and assorted boys toys and I think we need pictures of the WW2 trench you have dug!
Is OH at work while you do this or is he supervisor??
I guess the more you help the quicker he can move out to the shed :rotfl:0 -
Thank you!
Feeling like a bit of a fraud being on the DFW board after something happened which means we're got the funds to be debt free. They're all in the wrong place so we're paying interest on one thing whilst being paid interest on another. Another week of shuffling should straighten things out. Still in a state of disbelief over it, which OH is finding hilariously funny as I'm being uber frugel on the off chance it disappears as quickly as it materialised. It won't. I know that but its taken so long to get here that its almost disappointing that we've not done it on our own. Now have to resist the urge to splurge because we can afford it after all thats why I ended up here in the first place.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -

Of course OH is at work. Its a bank holiday weekend and his boss has scheduled a heck of a lot of extra work and asked for volunteers to stay overnight in order to do something that could have been done earlier in the week if they'd been a bit more organised. OH is trenching but his back/knees and other creaky bits are creaking more than normal. Not that I mind because I quite like digging and whilst I'm diggin I'm not doing housework so its win win as far as I'm concerned.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500 -

Excellent news Moo on getting rid of the debt :T:T:T:T:T
We became CC debt free too last week but a bit of an anticlimax considering how long we have waited for it and I felt a bit flat but I was always contraryits more to do with the fact that now we have to tackle the enormous millstone of the mortgage - but when that's gone I will be celebrating :j:j
