Went to see Harry Potter yesterday in 3D. Sat through the movie with my glasses on thinking the 3D wasn't exactly hot, but I had read it was quite poor anyway. We all piled out at the end and there was 5 team members handing out a free ticket to see it again (or something else) at the IMAX for free as they had forgotten to show the 3D version :rotfl:

I'm surprised no one in the cinema noticed!
Handing out free tickets to reimburse technical faults is pretty much standard, but to the IMAX? That's pretty good. Although aren't IMAX and Odean linked? The local Odeon near me is shut to install 2 IMAX screens within it.0 -
Sorry, my crappy writing wasn't clear! Yep the Odeon and the IMAX are one of the same, but I wasn't seeing it on an IMAX screen (though I wanted to) - I checked to see whether I could use the free tickets to see it at the IMAX and we can.
