Delivery guy had attempted to deliver the parcel but as no one was home he had left the usual card with contact details on.
Having contacted the gentleman he advised that his friend lived round the corner and he would be taking him home. If we were going to be in around 7pm, his Manager had agreed he could deliver the parcel to us (it was a signature required parcel) to which we agreed. As promised, parcel was delivered at 7.02pm

Terrible service!!!
I bought something off Amazon and had to arrange re-delivery on a Tue. When I called to check on the progress they could not even tell me anything, just it would be delivered between 7am and 7pm that day. As I needed to visit someone in hospital that day, this proved to be useless.
I also had an iphone delivered 2 months before this by Yodel and waited 4 weeks for it to arrive, turns our they had left it in my neighbours rubbish bin at the wrong address.0 -

I waited in all yesterday for a delivery, apparently they've left a card as no one was in, well that's bizarre I was in and there's no card been posted, so now I'm stuck in all day today waiting as well.
It's a delivery from marks and spencers, I phoned them to let them know the delivery service they are using is useless!0 -
It certainly seems to vary by the local delivery office. Deliveries to my Mum & Dad have been fine, while deliveries to my house in W Yorks were consistently awful.0
