It did strike me that etc. is an abbreviation of etcetera and should be followed by a period? The words pot and kettle spring to mind.
I found driving taxis for 18 months as well as a day job helped tremendously. Very tiring though.

Missing a period off 'etc' is hardly in the same league as writing almost 300 words with no puntuation at all.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0
