:j PayDay! I made it to the end of the month with £2.17 to spare! :j
Settled bills.
Paid off lots of CC1 and a bit off CC2.
Going to town to finally spend Argos voucher.
Go to Primark for a new t-shirt mine are all too scruffy. Hoping to find one for about £3.
Stay sane and not be too mentally unwell by trying to be positive about everything.
Buy my OH a well deserved inexpensive gift.
Make dinner from stores.
Plan how long it's gonna take to pay off CC2. About a year I think. (CC1 will be paid off in November.)
Give OH a free haircut. Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0 -

Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.
My main priority is to spend quality time with DH and kids.
Other things that I want to get done is to sort paperwork for Monday and do S&S submissions.Aiming to get Debt Free.0 -

its the holiday at xmas/new year fund! :j four adult flights to Brasil don't come cheap! We've been having students since Easter to raise the cash. we think we need about another £500 in the fund & the best time to buy the flights is around Sept. Can't wait
Yeah I know now I'm DF I don't have to be so frugal but if I carry on like we have recently it'll be tough times. Having students really pushed our grocery costs through the window & we found it really hard to buy enough for 5 ppl recently so we were forever popping to the supermarket. Then we went to a festival & bought a Wii - well that is now keeping us occupied!
How's Mr La E liking his job? xDF as at 30/12/16

Uh that's great all of you are going over there. Will be worth all the frugalness. I've not learnt tbh - I just booked the SA flights with a 0% deal on credit. Oh well, life goes on

He's not started yet. Takes about a month to get all the credit checks/references done etc. He's meant to get his contract through on Monday and they're hoping he can start on 8th August. Works out quite well because we get back from our holiday on 2nd Aug. Think he's more excited about leaving his current job than starting his new one but sure it'll sink in soon.

Hi everyone,
Hope you're all having a peaceful weekend and hope you haven't had too much rain
It's been down right miserable here!
Well my update for this weekend below:
Checked online banking - still no payment in for my PPI payout!
Popped to Next sales and was quite restrained and bought two pack dress for DD, tops for myself, bag (DD has claimed already) and two pack bra. Must have been my lucky day as when I got home I noticed they forgot to charge me for the bra's!!
Found somebody's purse lying on the floor, so dutifully handed it into Sainsburys who said somebody had already come in looking for it. Hopefully they will be reunited
2 lots of washing done and hanging on clothes dryer inside instead of tumble dry
Have finally booked my holiday to Dubai! :T So excited! Had a bonus from work so this helped to pay for it
Will check online surveys now
Tomorrow, must return dress back to Matalan
Must try and list some items on Ebay
:T
Have a good one everyone :beer:0
