Rang Scottish Power yesterday and waiting time at 10.30 was 9-14 mins.

It is a bit 'hit n miss' as people may all think the same (like Mondays and early / late in the day or week busiest and act accordingly by avoiding and staff twiddling their thumbs!)
Ringing early, late or lunchtimes may mean less staff available.0 -

ring first thing is best option. never ring at lunch, 4pm and 5 pm as the 8am/9am staff will be finishing up for the day!Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -

They ring you back if you wait for the option,they ask for your number and give you a time when they will ring.0
