Scrap car collection- fraud

A company by the name of Scrap Car Recovery advertises on Google here:
offer money for one's scrap car and collection,together with providing a Certificate of Destruction.
These people collected my 1994 Vauxhall Cavalier two weeks ago,& and since then I have no heard from them,so today I called and they where unhelpful & I mention reporting them to the office of fair trading & Watchdog,then then hung up on me.
Please take a note of this rip off scheme,they slag other companies off,saying you could expect bad cheques from them,yet with these crooks ,one doesnt even get a cheque,never mind a Certificate of Destruction.:mad:

As above really if you follow the simple rules you shouldn't get turned over on such things??Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0

miles from my home,I was without transport & unable to meet the collectors,but was assured to be sent the cheque and document.
I had pushed the car to a secure place.0 -
I own vehicle disposal company certificate of destructions (cod) by law are only issued after the vehicle has been crushed do not trust anyone who tells you otherwise and if you are offered it first aviod them.0

Since that time,I found out that their Waste carriers licence had been revoked,they had no contact address,so I am out of the £120 they promised me....but people like these always get come back in some way or form.:T0
