British Gas nightmare: HO tel number?

Please does anyone have a direct line contact number for British Gas Head Office - not the call centre staff?

I've been having a complete nightmare trying to get through over the last 10 days and have been without gas and heating for that time. See my posts on the Vent board.

Have searched online but can find no listing for Head Office - please does anyone have a number where I can bypass the call centre staff and get through to management?

Thanks Libra 10 I looked on the saynoto0870 site before but these are all call centre numbers - I've tried them and you still get the call centre staff who just refuse to put you through to a manager, put you on hold for a lifetime and then cut you off.

I'm after an actual Head Office number, if anyone can help.

BG Group is nothing to do with British Gas or Centrica by the way... they were split apart many years ago so that second link is a bit of a red herring.

Perhaps when Gazprom take over Centrica, the staff that don't perform will be sent to a gulag.
