I think you load the DVD using TomTom Home (PC software) and stick the country(s) you want on the SD card as required. This alone is worth 119 euros (whats that , £80?).
Not sure of the remote but its free !
Cheers

Just thought for £40 difference before any discounts based on PC Worlds current prices it was a better deal as has the Remote Control included it also includes the External Microphone for the Bluetooth Car Kit not sure if that is included with 510/710 plus the US/Canada Maps. But the biggest think I like is the Text to speech: even speaks street names and places. Tried it this morning very useful feature IMHO
i have a Tom Tom original (almost 18 months now) and whilst loud )as opposed to a pda with an extrenal antena, power supply etc etc etc the speaker on the 910 is not just an add on but does take advantage of having MP3 etc, it is really good, I drive a Jag with upgraded 14 speaker system and my wife has a BMW conv with std system but the speaker for MP3 on 910 is really VERY sufficientdonstermonster0 -
also meant to say , the hard drive on my 910 takes a HELLUVA lot LESS stress than the hard drive on my laptop which is thrown from boot to bag, to walk around London to customer to train to boot to home to kids etc
don't be put off!!!!donstermonster0 -

I have the 910 and think it is great but come on a single speaker in a 910 compared to a 14 Speaker Sound System for playing MP3's, I don't think so, yes if you can wire it so it outputs through your 14 Speaker set up, but if not it's effectively mono.
I have an Octavia with the Audience MP3 Header Unit Separate Power Amp and 12 Speakers, now playing an MP3 through my Audience System compared to the 910 is no contest.
Less I have completed missed the point of the postCheers

Also, here's a strange thing. Click on the 'Sale' Banner, then select 'Sat Navs in the Sale' and the Garmin Nuvi 300 is £199.99. But if you go via the regular menu on the left, it is coming up as £164.95.
Am I missing something?
Anyway, anyone know if the Garmins are any good. I need Europe maps and ideally Bluetooth handsfree for the mobile.0 -

as in post 28 the deal has gone, price increased.0 -
As it's "only" a GPS, is it really worth that much? For that money, I've just bought a PDA with built in WiFi, MP3 player, Bluetooth, and GPS (Sirfstar III); Windows 5, with pocket Word Excel; MioMap 3.2 with maps of 27 European countries etc etc etc.
Not being funny, but it seems like an awful lot for something that "only" gets you around..... or am I missing something?0
