bought a freeview receiver yesterday and the software it comes with is arcsoft totalmedia. it works good and i have 68channels but i could have 5-7 more except that the channels stop broadcastoing at different times of the day. e.g cbeebies ends at 7pm but bbc 3 starts at 7. therefore i cannot do a single scan at any one time and receive both channels.
in totalmedia there is a button that you are supposed to be able to use to 'add channel' if it was not detected th eforst time round. this is exactly what i need. unfortunately it is dehighlighted i.e unclickable. i would like to know why this is or how to fix it its a real copy of the software i got with the freeview receiver
