Appears to be anytime in the hour.We'll probably see it bumped each hour as a reminder.Just thank the bumper & you know you have entered for that hour.

I asked the telegraph last week, after worrying I was disqualifying myself, they said each person can enter (in a household/ hubby&me) as long as we have different emails and are obviously eligible via the T&C
