I know on the money saving expert travel money bit it recommends the halifax clarity credit card which offers 0% on loading for purchases say in a shop but does this count also for using a foreign website to book an internal flight?
i know obviously the website itself may charge me a fee for using the card but does 'purchases' include online purchases?

You can spend your credit card on any website you want and it would qualify for 0%.0

Yes purchases does include online purchases. It will appear on your statement converted to GBP at the Mastercard wholesale rate.0
