Hi
I have just sold an item on ebay which was in perfect working order when I tested it. The buyer has emailed me today to say that the fuses keep blowing and he has tried 2 so far.
Ive sold bits and bats on ebay over last few years but not loads and only recently have I started selling stuff again. Never had anything like this before so dont know what to do?
Any advice?
Thanks in advance

You will most probably have to accept a return or give a refund, better give it early than waiting for the buyer to open up a case against you.0

I will email and ask that he returns it and will refund upon receipt0
