How do I cancel Uswitch request?

Hope I've put this in the right place.

Earlier today I agreed with Uswitch to change electricity suppliers, and have been sent a confirmation email by Uswitch regarding this. However, a little while later another company called me back with a better deal. I now want to cancel my switching request with Uswitch but can find no information on how to do this (have been trying different google searches for the last half hour). Do I just need to email them back or call them?

Can anyone help, please?

Thanks.

You will get notified shortly by the supplier as to your right to cancel under your 'cooling off' rights.

Simply notify them you don't wish to go ahead. You don't need to give a reason.
Or give the supplier a call now and say you have decided against it

    Hi bcopie,

Just to confirm Pemier's advice (thanks Premier ;) ) you can just give us a call or call the supplier you're switching to to cancel.

    Hi,

Can I ask who told you this? It's absolutely not true.

You are entitled to cancel during the 'cooling off' period. Just call the energy supplier in question and tell them that you've changed your mind.

Really sorry that you got the wrong info - if you'd like to drop me an email at the address in my profile with more details about what happened I can look into it for you.
