Online Order - no response

Options
Placed order for a dress online on 30 June. Paid via paypal. The site claimed delivery within 3 - 5 days. Having waited 5 working days with no delivery, I contacted them via a form on their site. No response. I've checked the status of the order and it just says 30/06/11 processing. The money has left my account and I have no dress. I have just emailed them directly via an enquiries email address.

What else can I do? If they are not going to send me anything, I want a refund. Any thoughts?

  • Hi, there is something about a company who advertises or sells things on the internet has to have a phone number.

If the item was bought on ebay, then allow it some more time.

In the meantime allow the company some more time, you then have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the item for a full refund (less the postage you pay)

    Open a dispute via paypal.

If nothing else it may get the sellers attention that you havent received your order.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

It wasn't ebay, but direct from their site. How much longer should I wait before opening a dispute? 28 days?

    Thanks
  • 28 days should be long enough.
