Luton airport Dynamite Parking stopped trading

Just got the following sent to me in an email. Does anyone know who the administrators are as Lloyds TSB tell me they need this to process my visa debit card refund.
Dynamite Parking has stopped trading as from 5PM on Thursday 14th July.

If you are due to drop your car with us
Where possible we have endeavoured to make arrangements with alternative meet and greet operators. If this has been successful in your case you will have been contacted by that operator. If it has not been successful then you will need to make alternative arrangements. The mid term car park at the airport is close to the terminal, only a five minute bus journey away, and if booked in advance not a great deal more expensive than our service.
If you booked directly with us you will need to arrange a refund through your credit or debit card issuer. If booked through a comparison website or agency you should contact that agency directly and they will either refund your money or place you with another operator at the airport.

If your car is currently with us
When you land you will need to take a taxi down to our car park, from where you can collect your car and make your journey home. The journey is approximately 3 miles and will cost around £7. You will need to show your passport as proof of identity to reclaim your vehicle.

Obviously this will cause inconvenience which words written here cannot overcome, but we do apologise and will endeavour to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to your travel arrangements.

Don't know the administrator are nor book with them but if that the email they sent in full how are people suppose to collect their car? Doesn't give address for car park.
  • My sister has two cars parked with them, does anyone know the car parks address as they return home at 2am, please
  • I'm just back from holiday and had a woeful time with Andrew at Dynamite Parking.

I spoke to him just before we went away because I recommended one of my products to him so that clients didn't have to make calls to multiple mobile phone numbers. "I will see you Friday morning so bring down the paperwork - it's just what we need" he said.

So we're on our way down the motorway and 20 minutes before we get to the airport we ring as per the instructions. We get the message that had ceased trading the night before. With no time to book anything else (after receiving an email from Easyjet the night before saying that online check in wasn't going to be valid anymore) we had no choice but to go into the long stay car park.

I paid £126 for Dynamite Parking and then ended up paying another £260 for the long stay.

I should of just booked Purple Parking like I normally do.

If I ever meet Andrew his dangly bits will be meeting my size 9 boots. Let's hope this loser never returns to the industry again.

In the meantime we contacted Tesco credit card and we need to find out the administrator to make a claim. My guess is that they won't have one as assets are likely under £5K.

    Very very angry.
