Hi,
We have a fault on our landline so no phone and no internet.
We've reported this fault and they are supposed to be investigating with BT. No updates are being provided.
The last time this happened they were very prompt in fixing the fault. They ran a diagnostic check and booked a bt engineer during the first phone call. This time they seem to be all over the place.
Has anyone had any recent experience of their fault investigation procedures and did you have to wait a long time before getting your phone back?
Also I cannot find any details of any requirements they may have to follow (if any :wall:) in terms of fixing faults.
