I think it will be a waste of time.
They can choose whether or not they want you as a customer.
It's their loss (or is it???)
Maybe you could take your business to another branch?0 -

as I was asked today, to kindly refrain from gracing them with my presence ever again in my local  !!! They wouldn't say very much other than it was "due to bad shopping practices" but they wouldn't go into any more detail than that because they didn't have too  !!!!
I told them that I would be getting in touch with their HO to put in a formal complaint and well as formally complaining about 2 members of their staff (one is on security and the other is a CSA - right pair of ignorant !!!!!es who couldn't look my way today as I was giving the management a piece of my mind and their names were mentioned!!!) so if anyone has any pointers on what to put in my letter please PM me.

SA's at tesco have def been told not to allow more than one type of voucher now. I asked her to put all my voucher through and if they worked they worked if they didn't they didn't. I wanted to put 4 through, I went to a young girl thinking she would put them through without batting an eye lid WRONG. She said till would take every voucher if they let it but it is no longer allowed and she will get in big trouble for losing tesco money and may even come out of her wages. I Had a right job to explain 2 could go through as one was beauty and one was toiletry. Then she started to go through my shopping saying which product on this voucher did you buy i did'nt see it. Explained again it did not have to be a product on voucher as long as spent £5 Thank god she did'nt notice i only payed £5 before bogof. After i noticed i didn't get a bogof i should have, went to cs who for some reason got a little confussed I only wanted to go back instore and get the free item i was missing but she refunded me for the product then gave me both items back and said there now you have had them for free. So it turned out to be a good trip after all lol.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0

As stated on the other thread, you've brought it on yourself by being greedy
If you've come looking for sympathy i don't expect you'll find many shoulders to cry on.
They stopped R & R because of professionals, let some of us have a chance of some cheap toiletries.
Asda stopped taking vouchers because it was being abused.
This site used to be about money saving, with some people it is amounting to greed and then being afronted when they get banned etc.
Sorry if i've upset anybody but i feel this MSE'r is really taking the P***0 -

I feel that Tesco is really taking the p*** by distributing a coupon that says £2 off £5 spent on "any toiletry product" then SA saying that you have to buy the individual products on the front of the coupon.
To me, they seem to make it up as they go along.
I'm not trying to use millions of coupons in one go, just one of most of them but they won't even accept that.
To me the wording is misleading and it if happens again I'm going to ask them to take the toiletries off my bill.
BTW, I went to a different Tesco last night and they were happy to scan 2 x 1.25 quits that they wouldn't in my usual store.
Whose taking the p***???"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do or any kindness I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again."

It just so happens that the H&B goods that I bought were split into different shopping trips and also from different stores! Therefore, the assumptions that you made were NOT correct! Calling people you know nothing about 'greedy' or anything else for that matter is out of line and I would appreciate it if you would keep them to yourself! I am not a 'Professional', just a disabled mother of 3, who is trying to save a few quid in the long run but putting things away for a time when I don't have the money to buy them! If that makes me greedy, then you are right and I have not one to blame but myself! But one the other hand how many people have you seen writing on here that they have 50 bottles of shampoo, 50 cans of Slimfast and 20 hand washes etc. The items that I have in my cupboard will maybe see me through the next couple of months but that is it, I am not one of the people on here that is selling my items to shops or friends or have that many that I can give them away free to charity.
So why not think on before you label someone that you do not know and know absolutely nothing about and once you have done that then maybe you could try looking in the mirror and ask yourself what might other people assume about you that is not true and could sometimes be downright hurtful and then you might not be so quick to judge other people by your own standards!!! I rest my case!!!!!!! happens!!!:D0 -
