CitiBank - Documentation IDs?

Hello
First timer here
I filled in my details in the Online Application on Boxing Day and have received the pack today.
Do I just sign the pre-filled form and send it off with ID?
I am living with my wife but nothing is in my name apart from Driving Licence and Passport and a basic account with Barclays.
So what can I send them (CitiBank) as ID?
I don't have a cheque book to send the £1 cheque drawn in my name.
As I understand nobody has been declined this account...well now I'm going for it as I have very bad history and I'll be the first person on here to be declined.
Awaiting your help
Thanks

You can provide extra ID, so send yor bank statement with Barclays, a copy of your Driving Licence & your Passport, we were told the cheque was for verification purposes only. You need to enclose a cover letter stating you don't have a cheque book.£2 Coin Savers Club (Christmas)- £86£1 Jar (Christmas)- £29Christmas Vouchers Saved: £1450

Hi,
Along with the application form, all I sent Citibank was a utility bill, a bank statement and my pay slip; the sterling account was opened, no questions asked.
Hope this helps.
